Yes! LoyaltyTree includes an automatic gift card/store credit trigger system that awards gift cards/store credits when customers reach specific seed thresholds. Store owners can configure multiple trigger points (e.g., gift card at 500 seeds, another at 1000 seeds), set denomination amounts, and define maximum limits per customer or time period. The system automatically tracks seed eligibility (accounting for seeds already used for gift cards), creates pending gift card redemptions, and can either auto-create them in Shopify, require admin approval and/or require manual claiming by customers. This feature works alongside tree rewards, giving customers multiple redemption options to drive engagement and repeat purchases.
