What are EcoTiers and how do they work?

EcoTiers are fully customizable environmental loyalty levels that replace the traditional "points = reward" model. Store owners create their own tier structure with unique names (like "Planet Helper," "Planet Saver," "Planet Warrior"), custom seed requirements, and tree rewards for each level. Customers automatically advance through tiers as they accumulate seeds, and receive tree planting rewards when reaching each milestone. Tier progression is calculated on every purchase and customer interaction. Only registered customers receive tree rewards (anonymous customers see their tier progress but don't get trees until they create an account). This system gives stores complete flexibility to align their loyalty program with their brand's environmental mission and customer engagement goals.
