How does auto top-up work?

Auto top-up ensures you never run out of ECO credits by automatically purchasing more when your balance gets low.

How It Works:

1. Enable auto top-up in your Store Credits & Billing settings
2. Set a threshold (e.g., 5 credits) - when your balance drops below this, a purchase is triggered
3. Set a recharge amount (e.g., 50 credits) - how many credits to buy when triggered
4. Shopify automatically charges your account - no manual approval needed!

Monthly Spending Caps:

Each plan has a monthly spending cap to protect against unexpected charges:

• Free Plan: $1,000/month maximum
• Standard Plan: $2,000/month maximum
• Enterprise Plan: $5,000/month maximum

Once you hit your monthly cap, auto top-up pauses until the next billing cycle. You can still purchase credits manually if needed.
