7. Returns, Refunds, and Adjustments
If you return a product for which you earned points, those points will be deducted from your account upon processing the return. If you have already redeemed points that are subsequently deducted, your account balance may become negative, and you will need to earn additional points before making future redemptions.
Refunds for purchases made partially or fully with redeemed points will be issued as store credit or returned points, not cash, at the Company's discretion.
8. Environmental Impact & Tree Planting
When you redeem points for tree planting:
- Trees are planted through verified third-party environmental organizations
- The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure proper planting and monitoring
- Planting locations are determined by environmental need and partner capacity
- Individual tree tracking may not be available, but aggregate impact is monitored
- Environmental factors may affect survival rates; the Company is not liable for tree mortality
Carbon offset calculations are estimates based on industry standards and may vary based on tree species, location, and growth conditions.
9. Membership Tiers
The Program may include multiple membership tiers based on your activity level and points earned. Tier benefits may include:
- Increased point earning rates
- Exclusive access to products or sales
- Enhanced customer support
- Special birthday or anniversary rewards
Tier status is evaluated periodically (e.g., annually or quarterly) based on your qualifying purchases and activity. Tier downgrades may occur if minimum thresholds are not maintained.
10. Account Security & Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use or security breach
- Providing accurate and up-to-date contact information
We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to safeguard credentials.
11. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Transfer, sell, or exchange points with other members or third parties
- Use multiple accounts to earn or redeem points fraudulently
- Manipulate or exploit the Program through technical means or loopholes
- Provide false information or engage in deceptive practices
- Use automated systems or bots to earn points
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, point forfeiture, and potential legal action.
12. Program Changes & Modifications
The Company reserves the right to:
- Modify point earning rates, redemption values, or reward options
- Add or remove rewards from the catalog
- Change tier structures or benefits
- Update these Terms at any time
Material changes will be communicated via email or account notifications at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
13. Termination & Suspension
13.1 By You
You may close your account and withdraw from the Program at any time. Upon account closure, all unredeemed points will be forfeited, and you will not be entitled to any compensation.
13.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
- Violate these Terms or our general Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Fail to make qualifying purchases for an extended period (as defined by tier requirements)
Upon termination for cause, you forfeit all accumulated points without compensation.
13.3 Program Discontinuation
The Company reserves the right to discontinue the Program entirely with 60 days' notice. In such event, members will be given a reasonable opportunity to redeem accumulated points before the Program ends.
14. Privacy & Data Use

15. Limitation of Liability

- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash except where required by law
- The Company is not liable for: (a) technical failures preventing point earning or redemption, (b) delays in point crediting, (c) reward unavailability, or (d) environmental outcomes of tree planting
- Our total liability to you for any Program-related claims shall not exceed the value of points in your account at the time of the claim
- We are not responsible for third-party actions, including environmental partners, shipping carriers, or payment processors
16. Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where {{companyName}} is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. 17. Miscellaneous

17.2 Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
17.3 Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
17.4 Assignment
You may not assign your Program membership or points. We may assign or transfer the Program to any successor entity.
