LoyaltyTree provides comprehensive multi-language support across all customer touchpoints. The platform supports English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Hindi, Portuguese, German, Japanese and Italian throughout the marketing website, and customer experience. The Admin interface will be released shortely for all languages. Widgets automatically detect customer locale from Shopify and display in the appropriate language. The admin interface includes a language selector in the header with automatic detection from URL parameters, cookies, or browser settings. Store owners can customize widget labels and translations for each language through the admin dashboard. All customer notifications, tier names, and reward messages support full localization to provide a native experience for international customers.
