What are ECO credits and how are they used?

ECO credits are the currency that powers your LoyaltyTree program. Each credit funds one unit of environmental impact, such as planting a tree or supporting an eco-initiative.

How Credits Are Used:

• EcoTier Rewards - When customers reach loyalty tiers, credits are automatically consumed to fulfill their eco-rewards (like planting trees)
• Consumer Sponsorship - When customers purchase sponsorships at checkout, credits cover the fulfillment cost
• Direct Impact - You can use credits to directly fund environmental initiatives for your store

Managing Your Credits:

Monitor your credit balance from the admin dashboard or the Store Credits & Billing page. Enable auto top-up to ensure you never run out during busy periods.

Credits are billed through Shopify, so all charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice.
